The fabric is a lightweight royal blue crepe jersey patterned with green foliage, pale pink and fuchsia buds and baby blue flowers. It is cut to a flowing silhouette typical of the era, with short batwing sleeves and a full, swirling skirt. The neckline is wide and reveals the collarbones. The fabric is lightly gathered across the chest. The skirt has a drop waist and attaches to the top with a playful
