It is made of the same fine black silk chiffon and the upper bust and sleeves are completely hand gathered and softly pleated into place to gently circle the shoulders and bust

The waist nips in with the tie belt and then the skirt flows to the floor where it is anchored by a wide swath of black silk satin ribbon that circles the hem

Bust: to 19" flat across from side seam to side seam with lots of room at the front to accommodate a larger bust

When worn closed you really get a sense of that incredible flaring at the hip and the tie belt gives it shape
