The actual knit is a mix of a cotton and silk so is very hardy and yet soft and has a beautiful strength to it that helps it to retain its shape

I had this cleaned but have not soaked it or worked significantly at it

The truly great ones are getting very hard to find and this set is fabulous. By the 1960s, the time period that this set is from, Pucci was a well established world wide phenomenon. Hollywood stars like Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren and even Jackie Kennedy were huge fans. all of the jet society and Palm Beach women were wearing Pucci. This was the heyday of the label and the pieces are
