This is two separate piece an exterior dress made of that wonderful chiffon and an interior dress in a peach tone. It is not labeled but I would bet its a designer piece its has that look and my gut tells me it was a high end piece. The fabric is very light and flows marvelously. The skirt cascades outwards from a soft pleating detail below the waist at just about the hip
