There is no label on this but the level of work and construction hints that it may well have been either a custom or designer piece that has sadly lost its label at some point

The sleeves are long and each sleeve ends with a circle of huge coloured crystals and rhinestone bands

It is suspended by tiny little straps and the wrap gives you a low plunge at the front and an expanse of skin at the back
