This one (and the other found with it) was made by hand applying sequin after sequin on a cotton cording - gold under the gold and black under the black - and then forming and stitching the resulting bands of sequins into the cap as you see it

The fabric itself was chosen as it has just enough weight to keep that lovely shape and balance of sleeves and skirt perfectly on point

It closes with a side hidden zipper
