I absolutely love the dramatic color of this piece and that is is screened onto a chiffon so it has a translucent popsicle color feel to it

There are couple of rhinestone missing on the sleeves that you do not notice are not there at all and one on the front

This give the brim a bit of drama and you can flip it and have it sit to show as much or little of that underside color as you wish

They are applied in stacked little rows so you get two effects - one that wonderful gloss and shimmer from the sheen of the sequins themselves

Three shades of yellow ranging from a lemon to a soft pale pastel and a golden hue work prettily against each other. Its cut long and simple in an almost caftan like shape. The sleeves are also ling and simple. The simple cut and gorgeous fabric are then given a pop of glitz with an elaborate keyhole neckline whose edges are outlined in silver braiding
