The pants have a high waist and are cut full through the leg and then taper slightly as they near the ankle. The are completely covered in tightly spaced, glossy black sequins. The way they catch the light is just marvelous! The jacket is also heavily sequined but in a bright vivid blue. I love the military nod with the patches and shoulder detailing.
