Hips: bias cut and will go to 20" flat across from side seam to side seam

It is suspended by the shoulders with the tinniest of silk straps

The gown is in very good condition

These belts (which we have seen worn as necklaces) were made by Coppola e Toppo and are well documents. I have seen these sold on their own for several hundred dollars!
