The fabric is a very light taffeta with black velvet stripes sprinkled glitter. She has a precious collar with a velvet flower on front and two more decorate the bottom of the skirt. She closes with a back metal zipper. Shoulders seam to seam: Armpit to armpit: 20" (50cm) Sleeves: Armhole girth: 16" (40cm) Waist: 30" (76cm) Hips: Shoulder to waist: 16" (40cm) Waist to bottom: 30" (76m) Total length: 46"
