Hips: 22" across the inside lining (you could remove or alter this to give yourself more room) Length: 35" from waist to hem

The vest is made of a smooth pile velvet with gold thread embroidery and beads hand applied over its surface

This is then screened with a gorgeous geometrical striping set to form little diamonds that cover the dress from top to bottom
