The top is almost cape like in its fullness and drapes beautifully over the pencil cut skirt. The opening fr the arm are cut along the seam and this in itself creates an interesting drape to the top. To keep it feminine and very Valentino a bejewled belt cinches in the waist. The belt is a twisted pewter toned snake that is completely covered with inset green rhinestones! Love it!
