These were made in the 1980 1981 time period and I have included a shot of Rachel Zoe from 2008 when she wore the twin of this one to the AMAs. She wore her belted and you can see how adding a belt really changes the look of the dress and gives it shape. Versions of these Bill Tice pieces have been worn by countless celebrities for the red
