1940s Blue & White Chiffon Joker Print Novelty Dress designer-john-kloss I love how the skirtThis wonderful little dress is so light and easy to wear. It just slips over the head, zips to the side and then simply falls into place and you belt it at the waist for extra shape. The fabric is a pretty rayon chiffon with an unusual novelty print over its surface. At first glance you see the various sized circle print but then you notice the little deco 'jokers' nestled in among the dots. The bodice is cut loose and easy and the neck line has an
