Domaine Faiveley Mercurey Rouge La Framboisiere 2010 giving this Morgon “Les Charmes”Typical of La Framboisere is its delicate, red berry like fruit, which may explain the name (Framboise = raspberry) with a fine, mineral clarity and good tannin structure. This Burgundy is already very delicate in its youth, but can also mature very well in the bottle for several years. The laborious harvesting by hand is of course standard at the Domaine Faiveley. Some of the grapes are not separated from the stems before pressing in order to obtain
