THE BATTLE Type & Size:Print 8"x12" “The Battle” broke outIts always an adventure going into the Pryor Mountains and spending time amongst the wild horses mustangs. One adventure in late July, The Battle broke out. It was a hot, arid afternoon and tension was high between the two mustangs. It started as a nudge here and a kick there but quickly turned into a full blown war. I took several images during their encounter. At one point they were both up on their hind legs. The force when they landed on the dry,
