Pastis 'Seve de Reglisse' J Boyer Vodka Our new wine bar isThis pastis is elaborated by Jean Boyer, artisan producer of elaborate distilled botanicals refined in ancient copper stills in Provence using up to 30 different botanicals and spices. A liquorice sap pastis is created using an infusion of liquorice liquor sticks that give it a silky texture and sweet and refined taste. Naturally purified with minimal filtration and set in jars to rest to allow the Pastis to settle and develop layers of flavour
