This time we have brewed a heavy Imperial Stout with no less than 15%

3 Fonteinen Aardbei Oogst 2020 Assemblage 6 20|21 Region_Romania 2 and 3 years oldThis Aardbei has shortly macerated in a stainless steel tank and then matured on a foeder for another two months. We used strawberries from Ferme Framboos that were hand picked in the summer of 2020. We used a single young lambik, and we did not blend with any other lambik afterwards. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 623 grams of strawberries per litre of Aardbei. Size: 750ml ABV: 5. 7%
