Hillgrens passion for the juniper predominant spirit took him all around the world in search of knowledge and inspiration, and finally culminated with him setting up a distillery in the small village of Dala, just outside Hrnsand in the High Coast of Sweden. Since then, Hern has gone on to become one of the most
