While still warm they were then combined with our barrel aged blackberry dessert cider and mulling spices. After a months rest it was blended with dry cider and bottled with a slight effervescence. Candied orange, spices, and delicate hints of smoke are balanced by a subtle sweetness. Its a flavor that evokes the cozy feeling of sitting
