This ladle was made by Solomon Royes & John East Dix, and dates to 1818. The ladle is done in a handsome, classical form, with a distinctive downward turn to the handle and a pip on the back of the terminal. The front of the handle has a monogram of JMH in elegant script. This piece is in great condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no cracks, no monogram
