Back of the cameo has a small necklace loop and a horizontal brooch pin with a hinged C clasp. Marked 835 on the back of the setting and in vintage condition with some notable discoloration tarnishing on the silver. Measures 1 3 8" L x 1 1 8" W Weight: 7. 8 grams
