The pressing is quite loose, so the tea should age fairly quickly. Those wishing to slow age the tea, may like to seal the tea cake in air tight bag or caddy. Very easy to brew and drink. This is a great value white tea cake from an organic plantation. Ideal to drink now or for further ageing.
