We did not cut this stone to exhibit a star pattern as we prefer the round shape for this piece and honestly I like the silver flash

Some of the red you see is the top most layer of the piece

Wide bands tend to fit more snug than thin engagement style rings

The blue in this type of stone is usually a very small section of the overall rough with brown composing most of it

See the other pictures for scale and below for detailed measurements. Here's a beautiful teardrop shaped cab top domed with a flat back that I cut from Dearborn MI Ford ite. This fordite has intricate patterns. I stabilize these super bubbly pieces. The tiny area of blue at the bottom right is resin used for this purpose. I usually keep these for myself to set in silver so this is a rare offering. This
