Paranubes Rum Show on Website On the palate this isParanubes is one of the first rum from Oaxaca, Mexico, true representation of its terroir, this expression was elaborated from sugar cane juice fermented in a very natural way. Harvested on the estate of Jose Luis Carrera, the Master Distiller, the sugar canes are derived from a 100% organic agriculture. This liquid is then distilled at 54 degrees.
