This is hand painted and made in the USSR. The scene on the top of the box is whimsical and pretty. There appear to be small words towards the end, but we are unable to translate them :) The inside of this box is red. This piece is in great condition and would make an awesome gift for a collector! Measures 1" tall and 2. 5" in diameter
