The vineyards are located in the traditional area of Soave, where the volcanic lands touch 80 meters above the sea level. The harvest is planned at the end of September. The wine making starts with the elimination of stalks and the soft pressing. The fermentation temperature is set on 14 16C. The aging is developed in steel tanks.
