After each one-year’s membership and having maintained 75% of attendance in the General Membership Meetings and having been in attendance of 50% of the volunteer opportunities a member shall have the privileges of casting votes on any business of the foundation (exception being amending of the bylaws as stated in the Bylaws in Article XIII
