This historical little tumbler is quite rare - The embossed pewter design represents the coat of arms of Paris and Russia made for the celebration of the alliance between Russia and France with Alexander III Emperor in Krondsadt July 1891

It is difficult to read what is on the top of the other 2 but their springs work - one looks to be less functional (but could probably be fixed) than the other as you can see from the images

Quite possible depicting the God Aiyanar mounted on a horse from Tamil Nadu, in Southern India. It may well have come from a larger piece but stands alone as a really sweet piece.
