Terra Tempo Impressions V2 Style_Saison we used a local hopSpontaneously fermented and barrel aged, this beer was brewed on the first hop harvest day of 2023 using hops raw, unprocessed fresh off the bine single hopped with Farnham White bine ; a unique Surrey hop ; the beer was then double dry hopped at bottling with the whole cone Cascade and Farnham White from the 2023 harvest at 25g L. This beer represents an accurate depiction of hops in their ever changing forms within the passage of time and processing
