Edmond Cornu & Fils Bourgogne-Aligote 2021 Size:750ml After destemming 80%Cornus exemplary Aligot comes from a massale selection parcel planted in 1962 in Ladoixs Clos du Meix Gobillon, with soils of gravel and clay. Aged eight months on its fine lees in stainless steel, it offers a well measured balance of crisp fruitiness and saline depth, with an appealing grip of dry extract which elongates the finish nicely.
